Got That Wrong!!

Your Chapter blogger got it wrong.  The District Aide was not even in the same time zone as the rest of us.  It was Grand Appointment Night and although the  number of members present was affected by the Abdallah Shrine Rodeo in Tonganoxie, we had six visitors , most of whom cheerfully filled chairs and helped us make a go of the evening.

On behalf of the WM and other Byington officers, many thanks to our wonderful guests who filled the chairs with willingness, our ears with beautiful sound, and our Chapter room with bountiful friendship.

Now, about that District Aide:  Has anyone seen our gal around town?

District Aide to Visit Byington

Sister Michele Jeselnik, District Aide for District #2, will make her initial official visit to the chapter at our Friday, May 26th meeting.  Join us at 7:30 pm for a fun evening.  This is also Grand Appointment Night at Byington.  The confluence of both an Official Visit and Grand Appointment night should make for a fun, eventful, and memorable evening.  Goodies are being brought by all our members so there should be plenty to munch on for any guests who join us.  We’re looking forward to having a nice evening with all our Star friends.
